Two people, a lot of failed attempts, and the idea that finally worked.
We saw a gap in Edmonton's jewelry market. Real custom, made-to-order chains and pieces were hard to come by. The kind you actually want, not what's sitting in a case. Look closer, and the same gap ran across Canada.
We were sixteen and eighteen when we started trying to close it. Business after business, idea after idea. None of them stuck. We kept going anyway.
In February 2026, something clicked. Cyro Jewelz was the one that worked. Built from the ground up around the exact gap we'd been staring at the whole time.
No templates. No shortcuts. Every piece built for the person wearing it. Because that's the gap we set out to close in the first place.
