Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days after processing; international shipping times vary by destination. Shipping is free all the time. Cyro Jewelz is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once a package has left our hands. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
